The Giving Tree is a specially crafted artwork created for Heartland Hospice Moose Jaw to continue funding hospice care initiatives in the community. It is a unique and lasting tribute that is displayed in the hospice wing of Pioneer Lodge.

There are three donation levels, each corresponding to a different type of leaf:

• Gold $1000.00
• Silver $500.00
• Bronze $250.00

Each engraved leaf can be personalized with the name of an individual or business, or it can serve as a memorial for a loved one.
